The Nichamin System centers around the diamond technology. Limbal Relaxing Incisions, conveniently a catch all expression for Astigmatic Keratotomy, is a demanding procedure if the surgeon is looking for true control (reduction) of cylinder. It is one thing to correct 1 diopter on an older patient, yet still another to correct 2 diopters on a 50 year old.

Dr. Nichamin's nomograms have been developed using Mastel Precision technology which he has used for a decade to perform many thousands of LRI procedures. Our clients world wide (well over a thousand today) assure us that the nomogram has been excellent and very reproducible in their hands using our instruments.
